Jeff Barlow is a principal of the leadership team at ALM Services. He is a software architect and manager with 30 years experience in applications and systems. Jeff specializes in DevOps disciplines including development, configuration and change management, build and release management, continuous integration, automated testing, automated delivery, and operations.


One of the principals of ALM Services, Jeff has extensive expertise in deployment, configuration, process tailoring and automation of IBM Rational (formerly Telelogic) Synergy, Change, and DOORS as well as RTC/Jazz, and UrbanCode Build, Deploy, and Release applications and integrations, and related competitive and open source equivalent tools. He is known for his ability to drive development organizations to achieve measurable gains in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and timeliness of software and systems project delivery using application lifecycle management and continuous delivery tooling and processes.
